There are enough free plug-ins to make Paint.NET do anything Photoshop can do. You can buy plug-ins to add certain features that you and the Pnet community think are missing. Ill be the first to admit that Paint.NET isnt the easiest app to use. Its not a plug-n-play like Photoshop, and features arent clearly separated.
